Refund Policy

Last updated June 24, 2026. We want you to be happy with Linkreach. If you are not, here is how refunds work.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge on any plan, for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are handled case-by-case under the rules below.

2. How to request a refund

Email billing@linkreach.pro from the address on your account with your order ID (sent in your receipt) and a brief reason. We reply within two business days.

3. Processing and timing

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Typical timing is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

4. Annual plans

For annual plans cancelled after the first 14 days, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata monthly basis, less the discount attributed to the annual prepayment. For example, an annual plan cancelled after 4 full months is refunded 8 months at the equivalent monthly rate.

5. Pay-as-you-go credits

Enrichment, AI text, and AI voice credit top-ups are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the credits have not been spent.

6. Exclusions

  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (including spam, scraping in violation of law, or fraud) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds for outcomes outside our control — including LinkedIn restrictions on your connected accounts, delivery decisions by email providers, or third-party API outages — are at our discretion.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting billing@linkreach.pro may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence.
